We're committed to getting your order out the door as quickly as possible. Here's what to expect once you hit "buy."

Processing time
Most orders ship within 4 days of purchase, provided all items are in stock — often sooner. If an item is readily available in our warehouse, it can ship within 1 day. For items that are temporarily out of stock, please allow up to 1 week before your order ships.

Peak periods
During busy periods — new product launches, holidays — processing may take a little longer than usual. We appreciate your patience.

Once it ships
Once your order is handed to the postal service, routing is out of our hands, but you're not left guessing — we'll send you a tracking number so you can follow it the whole way.

Where we ship
We ship to virtually any address worldwide. A small number of products may have shipping restrictions that limit international delivery — this will be noted on the product page if it applies.

Delivery times
Orders fulfilled from our supplier's warehouse typically arrive within 7 to 12 days, depending on your destination. See our Returns & Refunds Policy for what happens if your order is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged.
